HealthWise is a program dedicated to improving the health and well being our employees and their families.
The goals are to:
- Increase health awareness and education
- Decease injuries and illnesses
- Increase overall health and productivity of our population both at work and at home
HealthWise provides the tools and resources to help improve health and ultimately quality of life.
What other Wellness Benefits does Crown offer?

How do I know that any personal information will not be shared with Crown?
Your privacy is important to Crown, and Crown has in place an official Privacy Policy for your protection.
Will my employment status or elegibility for benefits be affected by my health status?
No, information gathered through the HealthWise program has no bearing on your employment status or eligibility for benefits.
